Yes! When you register online, you’ll have the option to purchase additional tickets. Both you and your guests will present your ticket at the time of check-in.
Each session lasts from two and a half to three hours.
We’re glad you asked. We would love to have you! We need a lot of volunteers to help make this a terrific experience for all who attend. For more information, visit the “Volunteer” link or the “Register Now” button.
Limited scholarships are available for a partial registration fee of $55. If you would like to be considered for a scholarship, please fill out the online Scholarship Application. The scholarship deadline for Pink Impact is Monday, March 26, 2012.
If you are interested in bringing a group to Pink Impact, we have several tools to help you spread the word under our Downloads tab, including posters, flyers and the Pink Impact commercial. To register your group, visit the Group Registration page.
Nursing mothers are allowed to bring infants, and a nursing mother’s room is available. You can get directions to the nursing mother’s room at the Information Center.
If you’re unable to attend Pink Impact, please notify us in writing no later than two weeks prior to the week of the event. The registration fee is non-refundable after April 9, 2012. Please feel free to give your ticket to a friend.

All seating is general admission. Doors open 45 minutes prior to each session. There will be a small number of seats saved for worship teams and a few guests. Seat saving before doors open is not allowed.
Partial registrations are not available; however, you’re encouraged to register and attend the portions of Pink Impact that your schedule allows.
Casual attire is recommended. The Auditorium is enclosed and air-conditioned. Because the temperatures may vary, we encourage you to wear layered clothing. Consider bringing a light sweater or jacket.
If you’ve pre-registered and you have a ticket:
Conference check-in begins at 4:00 pm on Thursday, April 26. When you arrive at Gateway Southlake, enter any of the main doors of the buildings and approach one of the check-in stations. You’ll be asked to present your ticket. Once checked in, you’ll receive a name tag. You’re only required to check in once for the entire conference. You’ll receive your ticket by email approximately a month before the conference. For additional questions regarding your ticket, look at our FAQs under Rates and Registration.
At-the-door registration:
If the conference is not sold out, at-the-door registrations will be accepted at the late registration rate of $125 per person. Simply enter the Lobby and approach the registration area.
Volunteers must be at least 16 years of age.

Pink Impact is providing childcare for participant’s children (birth–12 years) during the Thursday evening and Friday sessions. If you’d like to take advantage of this, you need to register and pay for yourself first and then register your children. Space is limited and is available upon first-to-register basis. There is not a fee for childcare, and you don’t need to be a Gateway member to register your children. Register your children here.
When you register online, you’ll receive an email confirmation. If you register by mail, you’ll receive an email confirmation within approximately two weeks. You’ll receive your tickets attached in a separate email one month before Pink Impact (at the latest). Please bring your ticket with you in order to expedite your check-in. If you’ve registered and paid for Pink Impact and cannot find your ticket, please check in at the Information Center and we can access your record.
