Volunteer
Volunteering is an excellent way to meet other ladies and play a huge part in making Pink Impact a success. Volunteers choose their area of service and serve during their assigned portions of Pink Impact. This year, we have greatly reduced our Volunteer Rate. In fact, we made it FREE! Just our way of saying thank you for all you do to make Pink Impact a success.
All volunteers must be 16 years of age and have completed Catch the Vision (Gateway’s membership class).

AREAS OF SERVICE
Greeters
Help create a welcoming atmosphere from the first minute ladies step inside the door. You can serve as a greeter and/or as part of our pre-conference customer service team. Greeters serve prior to each session.
Parking Lot Team
We’d like to welcome ladies to Pink Impact from the beginning! The Parking Lot team creates the atmosphere outside of the building that welcomes ladies inside from the moment their car turns in. The Parking Lot Team serves in shifts prior to each session and may have some general setup prior to the conference.
Gifts Team
Everyone loves gifts! Be a part of pre-packaging gifts that will be given to the women at Pink Impact. This team serves in the days prior to Pink Impact and may have minor responsibilities during the conference.
Information Team
Where would we be without the Information Team? The Pink Team will arm you with information and you’ll man the Information Center to help field questions that arise during Pink Impact. This team serves in shifts throughout the conference.
Check-In
This team checks in all of the ladies who have registered for Pink Impact. Their friendly faces are some of the first that attendees see. Be a part of welcoming Pink Impact attendees to the campus by checking them in and helping them find their way. The Check-In Team works on Thursday evening until all ladies have checked in.
Décor Team
Help with Pink Impact’s décor for the conference. By helping to create, organize, set up and tear down, you’ll have a direct touch into the Pink Impact experience. The Décor Team works in shifts to set up the décor prior to Pink Impact and helps to tear down after the event.
Welcome Party
The Welcome Party is the introductory party of Pink Impact. Help create the mood of Pink Impact by helping set up for it and directing ladies to food tables and activities as they finish checking in. Welcome Party volunteers will serve the first day of the conference, setting up during the day and then cleaning up after the party concludes.
After Party
The After Party is one of the most popular Pink Impact events. The After Party Team helps make the experience fun and entertaining. By helping to set up for the After Party and tear down afterwards, you’ll get the satisfaction of seeing women enjoying themselves as they snack on tasty treats. After Party volunteers serve for a portion of the last evening session in shifts to set up for the party and tear down.
Volunteer Support
Help put together the volunteer events prior to the conference and create a relaxing and fun atmosphere for the V! Lounge at Pink Impact. Volunteer Support serves in shifts prior to Pink Impact and during the conference.
Food Prep
Help the Gateway Food Service staff to package and/or set up food and snacks for breaks and parties. Food Prep Teams serve in shifts during Pink Impact and/or before and after the conference.
Pink Store
There are so many fun and helpful products our speakers bring every year. If you’re organized and like to help people, sort inventory or sell great products, this is the place for you! Pink Store volunteers will work in shifts prior to and throughout the conference.
We’re so thankful for the opportunity to partner with you as we serve the women of Pink Impact. Together, we’ll do far more for the kingdom than we could ever do alone!
